Return & Exchange Policy

At M&H Scents, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are personal fragrance products, we have specific conditions for returns and exchanges to protect the quality and hygiene of our products.

Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product:

• Arrives damaged or defective

• Is incorrect or different from the product ordered

• Has a verified manufacturing or packaging issue

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging unless the issue itself prevents the product from being used or inspected.

2. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer does not like the fragrance, changes their mind, or finds that the fragrance smells different on their skin than expected.

Fragrance perception and performance can vary between individuals because of personal preference, skin chemistry, climate, and other factors.

We therefore encourage customers to review the fragrance description, notes, and available product information before purchasing.

3. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the package

• Photographs of the damaged product

• A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information or photographs if necessary to investigate the claim.

Where the damage is verified, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

4. Incorrect Product

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verifying the issue, we may arrange for the incorrect product to be returned and the correct product to be sent.

M&H Scents will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs where the error was caused by us.

5. Defective Products

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Examples may include:

• Defective spray mechanism

• Significant leakage

• Broken bottle caused during fulfillment or delivery

• Other verified packaging or manufacturing defects

Each claim will be reviewed individually.

Normal variation in fragrance performance, including differences in longevity or projection caused by skin type, climate, application method, or personal perception, does not by itself constitute a product defect.

6. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged only where the product is:

• Incorrectly supplied by M&H Scents

• Damaged during delivery

• Confirmed to have a qualifying manufacturing defect

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, opened or used perfumes generally cannot be exchanged unless the product itself is defective.

7. Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for:

• Opened or used perfumes

• Products damaged after delivery through customer handling

• Products without their original packaging

• Products with missing or altered labels

• Products returned after the applicable return period

• Products purchased from sources other than mhshop.pk or an authorized M&H Scents seller

• Products returned because the customer does not like the fragrance

8. Return Shipping

Where a return is required because M&H Scents supplied the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For other situations that are not covered by this policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the circumstances of the return and the original payment method.

Refunds may be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.

Depending on the payment method or financial institution, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return resulted from an error or issue attributable to M&H Scents.

10. Return Inspection

Returned products may be inspected before a return, exchange, or refund is approved.

If a returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy, we may reject the return or exchange.

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from M&H Scents.

Any such resolution does not create an obligation to provide the same exception for future orders.
